The
entry of new competition in the Peterborough market was all it took for Your Bed
Bath and Kitchen owner, Dave Madill to call in Donna from Impact Visual Merchandising
to work alongside store staff and lead a re-merchandising effort.
Over
the course of a week, fixtures were realigned to make the store more accessible
and the entire store was re-merchandised to group coordinated stories and add
visual wow.
